I called them. They showed up and delivered. I never actually saw them because I was at work. They took payment over the phone. It was quite easy. I received a text saying the job was done so I called my mechanic to see if indeed our car was there. Sure was. Everything done in a timely manor

I had locked my keys in my van at my dentist. I found Grand Valley was near by and had good reviews so I called. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and efficient. He found my location and sent someone out immediately.
They arrived very quickly and quickly unlocked my door. He was very nice, offered info on what I needed to do with my receipt and my insurance company. I was able to pay on the spot and was quickly back on my way to work.

My service person was friendly, professional, and on time. He unlocked my car and had me on my way in no time. I would definitely use their service again!

A few weeks ago, while on my way home from Grand Rapids to Lansing, one of the ball-joints on my car came apart while on the freeway. I called GVT and they were there in minutes, and got me hooked up and taken back to Lansing at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend this company if you're in the area.

Also, 10/10 for JimmyLee, my driver. He was great!

Scott and team at Grand Valley Towing were absolutely phenomenal to work with. They exceeded my every expectation when I called from 200 miles away to get a car towed for a friend that was stranded on the side of a road. They handled the call and tow very promptly and professionally. I'm happy to know that I have a reputable tow company to use in the Grand Rapids area. Thanks guys!

Called Grand Valley Towing and requested a tow, very impressed with how fast they got there and how nice and professional the driver was. Saved there number in my phone not only because the service was excellent but they were the cheapest in town. It's nice to know some people still care about there customers!

Amazing service, I would recommend to any one this winter. They were very polite any courteous, and they even set up a time to pick up and asked where I wanted the car dropped off exactly and where I wanted the keys put for my mechanic. They are amazing.

I got 2 flat tires and a towing within one week and they changed my 2nd flat for free! They were on the scene quickly and they were BEYOND friendly. Had Seth move a shed on his truck for me this summer. He did outstanding job. Loaded it in minutes and delivered it to my home. Squeezed he truck in my backyard like the professional he is. Thanks Steve for helping out my son. You came out, changed his tire on his truck on a rainy Sunday and told him "no charge". Wow. That's way beyind what was expected! Wish there was a six star rating.

These guys are excellent! They are genuinely nice guys who make sure you get the best service possible! Having to have your vehicle towed isn't a great thing to have to experience, but if you do, these guys are the ones to call. They are quick & friendly and provide exceptional service!

5 stars for a reason. Belt snapped on my jeep, called Grand Valley Towing because they were the first to show up on maps...and happy they were. They were there within a few minutes and made a bad situation better. Very professional and personable. Hooked up the jeep in no time and took me and the car to the shop with no problems. Even went above and beyond and gave me a ride 1 mile down the road to my house after we dropped off the car. Also, the price was a lot less then I thought. $60 to hook up and $3 per mile...best I've ever paid for a tow. Their number is now stored in my phone and business card is in my car. They will be the first people I call next time I have car trouble.
